Availability is measured every 5 minutes by automated checks: a test printer is sent a test receipt, and the API and the dashboard are called. Checks without a result are left out of the percentage. Announced maintenance counts as downtime. Days are in UTC. A day with some downtime is below 100% but at least 95% available; a day with major downtime is below 95%.
